CDL Route ("CDL Route," "we," "our," or "us") provides phone call and SMS/text messaging services to communicate with CDL drivers regarding employment opportunities with our partner trucking companies.
 

By submitting your information through our website, online forms, advertisements, or any other communication channel, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages from CDL Route and its recruiting representatives in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


1. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from CDL Route regarding employment opportunities and driver recruiting.

7. Employment Disclaimer

CDL Route is a driver recruiting and marketing company.

We recruit qualified CDL drivers on behalf of independent trucking companies and motor carriers.

Submitting your information or communicating with CDL Route does not guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Job placement

  • Specific compensation

  • Specific miles

  • Home time

  • Equipment assignment

  • Availability of any advertised position

All hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring carrier.

Information submitted through CDL Route may be shared with our partner trucking companies solely for recruiting and employment purposes.

9. Wireless Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
